Shipping and Returns Policies
Shopping at AT THE WELL means you care about the product AND the story. We work with partners from all over the world and for most of them holding large inventories is not possible. This means that often times your product will be made once you buy them and shipping periods may vary from product to product. We will do our best to keep you in the loop when your products ship. We are just as excited as you are for you to get your hands on the goods!
Some products are only available to be shipped to certain regions. You can find out if a product ships to your region in the product details. Please read carefully before ordering.
If you order products to be delivered outside of the United States, you are responsible for paying any and all import duties and taxes.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, & EXCHANGES:
Because each product and partner varies, and most of our items are uniquely made, we are unable to accept most returns. If there is an error with your order, please let us know immediately and within 30 days of the time your order was placed. Order totals, taxes, and shipping costs are non-refundable. In some cases we may be able to offer store credit. To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to our partners.
All custom, made-to-order, sale, and discounted products are final sales and store credit will not be granted.
